Weather Icons The original list of weather icons was taken from nordic weather website (see reference below), I have only included some icon sets from that list, my criteria for an icon does not include photo realistic images (except the dashboard icon set from the Mac OS X which look great). Also added the Google weather (ig) icons. Klear KWeather weather Icon images Klear KWeather's Weather icons page This is a downloadable icon set of 38 icons.  Includes the following weather icons: cloudy night icon, cloudy icon (daylight), fog night icon, fog icon, hail icon, ligh rain icon mist night icon, mist icon, overcast icon, shower night icon, shower icon, sleet icon, snow night icon, snow icon, sunny icon, thunderstorm icon. Evening Standard weather icon images Evening Standard's Weather forecast page The first set is 25x25 icons (21 icons), the second set is the larger set at 40x40 icons (21 icons).  A very nice set, clean and bright with nice soft shadow, except the moon look BBC weather icon images BBC's Weather forecast page The first set is the smaller 31x31 icons, the second set is the larger 50x50 icons.  This set is kind of dull looking but simple and too the point. CBC weather icon images CBC's Weather forecast page They are sized 65x55 image icons. 
 I like this set, looks clean, though some of those images I don't know what they represent. However the colors are slightly desaturated as compared to the 'standard evenings' weather icons. New York Times weather icon images NY Times's Weather forecast page They are 50x40 weather icons. 
 This is one of my favorite sets, very clean, easily identifiable at different sizes, bright colors. Google weather icons 40x40 weather icons.
